Courtney,
Thanks for your question! If the vinegar and boiling aren't working, here is something else to try that has worked well for some customers with hard-water build-up in their cloths- try soaking your cloths overnight in a pail of water with some Norwex Ultra Power Plus laundry detergent (or adding a bit of Norwex Ultra Power Plus detergent to the water that you boil the cloths in), then rinse them well under running water and wash them in a regular cycle. This seems to “fluff” them up again. Try this and repeat if necessary. (If you've not yet used the Norwex laundry detergent, you're in for a treat!! It is amazing!)
I hope this is helpful!
Sonya

Thank you and have a nice day

Hi there! My facecloths have become incredibly stiff and repel water after less than a year of regular use. We're on well water, so I assumed it's hard water build up. I tried soaking in vinegar and boiling followed by laundering. They're still just as stiff as before, and only slightly more absorbent (not repelling water as much). Any other ideas? I loved these cloths for the first month or two and would like to get them back to their original condition.
Thanks for your help!
