I’m an educator.
I love helping people.
As a physical therapist, I taught people how to take care of their bodies to promote proper healing. As a birthing instructor, I provide valuable training to empower women in their

If you’ve purchased a Norwex mop through me, you know that I always guide you to also purchase the rubber brush with your mop! And sometimes people wonder what exactly a humble little ol’ rubber brush can provide! So I want to give you some reasons why this brush deserves a spot on your mop hanger!!
If you own our Norwex mop, the rubber brush will decrease how often you need to launder your mop pads, as it does a fantastic job of cleaning dust/ dirt/ debris out of the mop pad. Our microfiber is amazing at holding on to things, so that’s why the rubber brush is so helpful at removing that debris that the mop pad holds on to. (The brush also works great to get dust out of the dusting mitt, and rejuvenates the static cling of the fibers a bit.) 
As you can see in the photos below, the mop will still need to be laundered to remove the grayness/ dirt, but after cleaning it with the brush, I can go and continue to mop my wood floors, vinyl flooring, tile floors, laminate, etc… before needing to launder the mop pads.
A few more reasons customers love the rubber brush… removing pet hair from pet beds and furniture (use short strokes downward), removing the debris that collects in the carpet along the trim (that the vacuum doesn’t reach) & cleaning carpeted stairs- again, just use the rubber brush with short strokes to pull up the dirt, dust bunnies, pet fur, etc that collects there!

Just wanted to share some customer feedback that I received today: Jennifer C. from Bettendorf, Iowa (Quad Cities) writes:
“ Just wanted to let you know I received my order today. I used the Micro Pad for the first time this evening after doing the pots and pans from dinner. I wanted to let you know that I was so surprised to see how well it worked on my very stained sink! The sink is white again! I love it, love it, love it … and no chemicals! I will definitely want to keep these on hand from now on!”
So, check out these pictures of my Norwex demo table that my boys decided to adopt as an art table! I had tried to wipe the crayon off with just an Enviro cloth, but it wasn’t budging. So I went and got my micropad… and Presto!

Do your fabric or microfiber couches, chairs, and other upholstery need some cleaning?
Check out what just the Norwex Enviro Cloth and water can do! 
On my recent trip to California, I had the opportunity to take on the stains on this ivory chair upholstery with just an Enviro cloth & water! Guess which side we cleaned! I simply sprayed the left side with water & proceeded to wipe it clean with just a damp Enviro cloth! Please DO try this at home… and prepare to be amazed.
For those of us with pets and/or children, we can appreciate that cloth upholstery doesn’t always stay so pristine looking. I’ve gotten tons of positive feedback from customers telling me the miraculous transformation after using the Enviro cloth with water… (and occasionally a little Norwex carpet cleaner (Carpet Stain Buster) is warranted- especially if pet stains). At a recent party, the hostess was raving about how well the Enviro cleans her microfiber chair, and she said she loves to use the Rubber Brush to sort of freshen the nap of the microfiber, too!
And while we’re talking about the miracles that the Norwex cloths can do, let’s talk about carpet stains! I have been amazed by the variety of stains I’ve been able to get out of carpets with just a Norwex Enviro cloth and water… pet stains, black grease stains left from chairs, tar, and more! And of course, we have the Carpet Stain Buster for the extra stubborn, organic stains. Simply spray the stain liberally with water and then use a damp Enviro cloth to gently massage out the stain (don’t scrub, just a gentle blotting works well). Voila!! Just a few more reasons Norwex will make your life easier!

I was talking with some friends recently and they were exclaiming how well ourNorwex Enviro and Polishing cloths work at cleaning doggy or kitty nose prints off windows! With JUST WATER! I love when my hostesses leave me some nose prints to clean at their party, because it truly shows how these cloths can shine!! Speaking of pet clean up, Norwex has incredible products for pet owners in general. At one of the parties I did this past Spring, my hostess was kind enough to leave some muddy doggy footprints on her vinyl floor, and she was incredulous at how easily, quickly, & effortlessly our Norwex Superior Mop cleaned them up! (That’s just one more wonderful thing about hosting a Norwex party at your home… what other party are you actually “required” to leave some dirt?!) And the mop leaves NO HARMFUL CHEMICAL RESIDUE that can make your pet sick! My customers with pets are absolutely crazy about the Norwex Rubber Brush for removing pet hair from just about any fabric! It’s amazing on pet beds, couches, or for the carpeting along baseboards where the vacuum doesn’t reach. I’ve even had customers tell me that they’ve used it to remove pet hair from their clothing. (And if you own our mop system, the Rubber Brush is also a must!) The Antibac Microfiber Dusting Mitt does a fantastic job at picking up hair from a shedding cat or dog, as well. Thank you, Sonya, for a great start to my spring cleaning with the Norwex cloths. The light is radiant through our clean windows, the smudges are gone from our doors and other high touch areas, our 
computers and shelves are dusted, and the shower and bath fresh. I loved that I didn’t have to spray before wiping and just picked up with the damp cloth. So, to double check, I went back to the same surfaces with my generic store bought microfiber towel. It was double the work. The generic didn’t grab dust and lint. It just moved it around; whereas, your Norwex grabbed the grime and marks.Thank you for a great product that I will pass on with confidence. I am seriously looking at the floor microfiber mops to add to my new simply clean and chemical free cleaning arsenal.

More Norwex Raves! Nichole P. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa shares: ”Love love love the Norwex toothbrushes and amazed with the difference in our dental hygiene/ mouth health. Actually, there isn’t a single Norwex product I don’t love.“ Another customer recently shared that she’s noticed she no longer has “morning breath”. Another reported improved gum health! My husband says it makes his teeth feel like they’ve just been cleaned at the dentist! I love getting your feedback, and I thank you for sharing your tips and product secrets that you discover along your Norwex journey! Just one more thing that makes this job so rewarding!
The Norwex toothbrush really is fantastic! The silver base means that your toothbrush “self-sanitizes” between brushings- which is huge since “regular” toothbrushes are a haven for bacteria! I love that I can use one refill for 6 months, rather than needing to replace my entire toothbrush every 3 months (and after being sick with colds, etc.) Be kind to our environment– don’t dispose unnecessary waste (i.e. toothbrush handles) into our landfills. I have personally found that I need to use less toothpaste with the Norwex toothbrush.
Your dentist would recommend that you use the soft (and that’s what we personally use), but for those who prefer a firmer brush, the medium is firmer because of the microfiber bristles & does stand up a little longer (which makes sense, of course). I’ve shared several of the “pros”, now I’d like to mention some possible “cons”: one customer reported to me that she would like to see Norwex also make the toothbrush in a smaller size for those folks who have smaller mouths. And personally, I’d like to see Norwex send each refill with a new cover to fit over the toothbrush head. I love theses covers for traveling, and one of my little ones broke one of our covers. So far, that’s all the “negatives” I have to share! PLEASE NOTE: Norwex does NOT recommend using these toothbrushes for young children, as the refill could potentially be a choking risk.

I want to add a quick update to this post… I recently switched over to using the medium toothbrush because of it’s microfiber bristles… and I’m afraid that I like it even better than the soft!! Now I know that most dentists do not approve of medium (which is why it took me so long to actually try the medium!), but ours is very soft IF you first run it under very warm/ hot water before brushing. With that said, I was also very happy with the soft toothbrush, I just think that the medium seems to do an EVEN better job… and the bristles seem to hold up a bit better. Either way, I think you’ll be thrilled with this toothbrush!

I recently received this feedback from Kari M. in Marion, Iowa: “Love the laundry soap…I bought a new sweatshirt from VonMaur…my fav sweatshirt..fits perfectly. Spent a bit on it. It’s a creamy white with a really cool peace sign on the front…I washed it before using Norwex…used liquid downy…never had this problem before…the downy stained my sweatshirt…it was terrible. I rewashed it using liquid detergent..nothing. It didn’t come out…so I wore it around the house for a couple of weeks whenever I was cold, took it on a trip, only wearing it inside cause it was hideous looking…came home, washed it in Norwex and would you believe the downy stains all came out. I was shocked!!! I thought my sweatshirt was a total loss because I tried to get the stains out and they wouldn’t come out! I love my sweatshirt again and I love the Norwex laundry detergent!!! I have found that I need more than a teaspoon of it for the clothes to come clean. Teaspoon is not enough. I use the little cup that is provided and I fill it 3/4 and it’s perfect. Whites are great and so are colors!! Used the dusting mitt on the ceiling fan and my wood blinds…did a fabulous job!! yippee. Thank you, Sonya…”
Kari has a front loading HE washer. I have heard many similar reports from other customers, as well. Give our laundry detergent a try… I am confident you will love it! Most of our customers with HE washers find one teaspoon per load (even less if washing with soft water) to be extremely effective. That’s right! JUST 1 teaspoon per load. That makes for about 400 loads of laundry per bag. If you have a standard top-loading washer, then you will use 2 Tablespoons per load (about 80 loads per bag).
And let me share a couple of other laundry detergent raves! One customer raves about how this detergent takes the “hog smell” out of her husband’s clothes. And another shared how her uniform is navy blue and has always faded terribly. She was very excited that Norwex detergent does not fade her navy blue uniform and keeps it looking “beautiful”! “I found Sonya’s presentation very enjoyable and informative. I have always felt that we should do all we can to protect our environment and not waste resources; consequently, I have tried to avoid using throw-away products like paper towels, paper napkins, Swiffers, etc. At the party I bought the superior mop starter package, the enviro cloth, the window cloth, and the dust mitt, thinking that I would probably keep my house cleaner if I had products to use that were more convenient than the wet mop, dust rag, etc. that I had always used, but not really expecting anything special.
I was amazed when I tried these products. When I began dusting with the dust mitt, not only did it pick up the dust better than my oiled dust cloth, but I noticed it dragging a bit so I applied a little more pressure and it even removed the fingerprints that were normally left behind when I dusted.
Then I tried cleaning off the stove with the dampened enviro cloth. The handle of my oven door had a build-up of gunk on it that I had tried and tried to get off. Nothing I tried would remove it, but the enviro cloth got it off – every bit of it. I was amazed.
